The parish church of St. Pölten-Wagram is located in the district of Wagram in the city of St. Pölten in Lower Austria . The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Michael belongs to the deanery of St. Pölten in the diocese of St. Pölten . The church is a listed building .

history

The church with a cross-shaped floor plan has a hipped gable roof and is connected to the free-standing bell tower and the rectory by an arcade . It was built from 1937 to 1938 according to plans by Rudolf Wondracek , and since 1940 it has been the center of the new parish in Wagram. The artfully designed glass windows are worth mentioning.
