Pfuri Eugen Baldenweg (born November 26, 1946 in Switzerland) is an Australian- Swiss musician and harmonica player.

Career

Pfuri has played in various bands and formations around the world since the early 1960s. In the 1970s he became known across Europe with the band Pfuri, Gorps & Kniri . From 1993 to 2001 he was the singer and frontman of the band Trash Bag . Since 2003 he has been Chairman of Great Garbo music . Pfuri Baldenweg has been playing in the band Grand Cannon with Kniri Knaus and Zach Prather since 2013 .
Pfuri has been playing exclusively on Hohner accordions since 1975 . In this context, 3 limited editions of the "Pfuri Signature Harps" have been published so far.

Life

He lives in Byron Bay , is married to the painter Marie-Claire Baldenweg and is the father of Nora, Diego and Lionel Vincent.
