Philip LaBatte

Philip William "Phil" LaBatte (born July 5, 1911 in Saint Paul , Minnesota , † September 6, 2002 in Alexandria , Virginia ) was an American ice hockey player .

Career

Philip LaBatte attended the University of Minnesota , where he graduated in 1934 and for whose ice hockey team he played ice hockey in parallel. He also played baseball during his studies . Following his ice hockey career, he worked for the US government.

International

For the USA LaBatte took part in the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where he and his team won the bronze medal.
