Philipp Grüneberg (born May 21, 1992 in Berlin ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Grüneberg began his career in the youth of 1. FC Union Berlin . After several years in the youth of 1. FC Union Berlin, he moved to FC Carl Zeiss Jena on June 12, 2011 and signed a 1-year contract.

After his move below the core mountains , he scored three goals in two games for the reserve of Carl Zeiss. Grüneberg then celebrated his professional debut for FC Carl Zeiss Jena in the third division on August 16, 2011 against 1. FC Heidenheim in a 0-0 draw on matchday five .

On June 21, 2012, Grüneberg signed a contract with FSV Zwickau , which he dissolved again on July 16. Grüneberg announced on July 23, 2012 that he would return to 1. FC Union Berlin and has been in the reserve squad since then.
