Philippe Briand
Philippe Briand (born October 26, 1950 in Tours ) is a French politician from Les Républicains .
Life
In March 1989 Briand became mayor of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire . Briand was State Secretary for Regional Planning in the Raffarin III cabinet . Briand has been a member of the National Assembly since 1993 .
