Valdadige Terradeiforti
Valdadige Terradeiforti or simply Terradeiforti are Italian white and red wines from the region of northwest Verona , (provinces Verona and Trento ) that a controlled "since November 7, 2006 Designation of Origin " - ( "Denominazione di Origine Controllata" DOC have that) last updated on March 7, 2014.
Cultivation
Cultivation and vinification may only be carried out in the following communities:
- In the province of Verona: Brentino Belluno , Dolcè and Rivoli Veronese
- In the province of Trento: Avio
generation
The wines produced must each contain at least 85% of the grape variety mentioned. A maximum of 15% other analogue grape varieties that are approved for cultivation in the provinces of Verona and Trento may be added. The following types of wine are produced:
- Valdadige Terradeiforti Enantio or Terradeiforti Enantio (also called "Riserva")
- Valdadige Terradeiforti Casetta or Terradeiforti Casetta (also called "Riserva")
- Valdadige Terradeiforti Pinot Grigio or Terradeiforti Pinot Grigio (also called "Superiore")
A maturation period of at least 36 months is required for the Riserva wines, and at least ten months for the Superiore wine.
