Philippe Chevrier
Philippe Chevrier (born December 17, 1960 in Thônex ) is a Swiss chef .
Life
After completing his training, Chevrier moved to Fredy Girardet in Crissier in 1982 and to Le Patio in 1984 . In 1987 he went to work as head chef at the Domaine de Châteauvieux restaurant in Peney-Dessus near Satigny , which he acquired in 1989.
In the Michelin guide it is for many years with two stars and Gault Millau awarded 19 points.
