Philippe Mabboux

Philippe Mabboux (* 1957 in Marseille ) is a French organist and composer.

Mabboux completed a scientific degree and then studied at the Conservatory and the Université des Lettres in Aix-en-Provence with Pierre Villette composition and theory, with André Boucourechliev music analysis, with Marcel Frémiot electroacoustic music and with Jean Costa and René Saorgin organ. He works as an organist and conductor and teaches at the Collège de l'Estérel in Saint-Raphaël . He also runs his own electro-acoustic recording studio.

Mabboux composed ballets and other orchestral works, choral music, chamber music , organ and piano pieces, works for electroacoustic instruments and songs .
