Coordinates: 38 ° 59 ′ 12 ″ N , 125 ° 45 ′ 24 ″ O Phyongun Jungsong or P'yo'ng-un Chungso'ng is a commercial vehicle manufacturer in Pyongyang , the capital of North Korea . The company is a joint venture between China Dandong China-DPRK Border Trading Co Ltd. and the Guidance Bureau of Passenger Transport .
history
The joint venture was founded in September 2009. The production area covers more than 10,000 m². An exhibition room is currently being built. Service points are to be set up in the future to ensure repairs and the supply of spare parts .
It is located in the Sŏngyo-guyŏk district (Dong Yongje-dong ) next to Taedonggang Station and Yanggak Bridge .

The following bus and truck models are currently (2016) produced:
Chonmalli
The truck models have been in series production since 2011 , they are probably CKD kits from the Chinese company China FAW Group . Depending on the type, they can transport 0.5 to 15 tons .
Kŭmgangsan
The Kŭmgangsan (named after a mountain) has been in production since 2010 and offers 19 to 50 seats .
