Pici

Pici (also called Pinci ) is an Italian type of pasta from Tuscany , especially from the region around Montepulciano . Pici are thick spaghetti made from durum wheat semolina and rolled by hand. They are often served with ragù . The British television chef Jamie Oliver made the Pici known beyond its region of origin.
