The Pico Bejenado is a 1854 meter high mountain on the Canary Island of La Palma . The former volcano rises in the center of the Caldera de Taburiente and is one of the most popular mountains on the island due to its beautiful view. Since it is not embedded in the summit chain of the caldera rim or any other volcanic chain, it is considered the only prominent peak of La Palma. There is a summit cross at the summit.
Ascent
Marked climbs lead from El Barrial and La Cumbrecita to the summit.
