Ascents
The first ascent attempts were made in 1975 by a Portuguese climbing team and the first successful ascent was made by a Japanese team. In 2016 Gareth Leah (England) and Sergio Almada (Mexico) laid a climbing route with safety bolts to the summit (Nubivagant ( ascent into the clouds )). The route is 455 m long (F8b, 5.13d). Difficulties on the route include snakes and greasy moss.
