Ronald Pienkny

Ronald Pienkny (born November 26, 1969 in Perleberg ) is a German lawyer and was State Secretary in the Brandenburg Ministry of Justice from 2012 to 2019 .

Life

Ronald Pienkny completed an apprenticeship as an electrician . He then passed the Baccalaureate and took in 1994 at the University of Potsdam , a Jura -Studies on. He graduated with both state exams and received his doctorate in 2003 with a thesis on the Law on Cultural Goods of the Russian Federation .

From 2005 to 2009 he was the head of the municipal administration in Birkenwerder . He then joined the Brandenburg state administration and headed the ministerial office in the Ministry of Justice under Volkmar Schöneburg . From November 1, 2012 to November 2019, he was State Secretary there. In the course of the formation of the Woidke III cabinet , Christiane Leiwesmeyer succeeded Pienkny as State Secretary.

Pienkny has been a member of Die Linke since 2009 .
