Pierre-Yves Eberle

Pierre-Yves Eberle (born February 25, 1968 ; resident in Geneva ) is a Swiss professional officer ( Colonel i Gst ).

Tasks within the Swiss Army

Colonel in the General Staff Pierre-Yves Eberle is the head of the Air Force Operations Center of the Swiss Army . It is subject to the following areas: ARABELLA / HQ Support / Security, deployment of air force management, deployment of planning air force, deployment of support of air force, management of aircraft use by NSF and federal air transport service. Eberle is a professional military pilot and was a member of the surveillance squadron and, in 1999, a member of the PC-7 team . He was Fleet Commander F / A-18, project of full military training staff Ante from 3 to 7 October 2011. It flies the Pilatus PC-7 , Northrop F-5 E, Northrop F-5F and in the Squadron 18 , the F / A- 18 C and F / A-18D.
