Pierre Kirby
Pierre Kirby († 1990 ) was a British martial arts artist and actor who starred in nine Godfrey Ho films in the late 1980s .
Life
Not very much is known about Pierre Kirby. In addition to his job as a yacht transporter, he lived mainly from sideline jobs . After moving to Hong Kong , Kirby met director Godfrey Ho there, who introduced him to acting. Kirby starred in Ho's low-budget ninja films in 1988 and 1989, earning a reputation as a respected martial arts artist. Kirby is the most famous actor in Godfrey Ho's films among exploitation and kung fu fans.
Kirby died in 1990 while transferring a yacht with friends at sea.
