The Pierzchnianka is a small right tributary of the Pilica in the Masovian Voivodeship in Poland . It belongs to the river system of the Vistula .

The Pierzchnianka rises near the village of Grotki (Gmina Radzanów ), just east of Droga krajowa 48 , then flows first in an easterly and later in a northerly direction until it flows into the Pilica at the small town of Białobrzegi after a run of around 18 km .
