Pilar Velázquez
Pilar Velázquez (full name María del Pilar Velázquez Llorente , born February 13, 1946 in Madrid ) is a Spanish actress .
Life
After graduating from school, Velázquez began acting in the 1964/1965 season on the stage of the Teatro Español in her hometown in the play Caminos de Damasco . Between 1966 and 1977 she was seen in around 50 film and television roles, mostly as an endangered beauty. In 1979 she married the singer and actor Miguel Gallardo and initially gave up her own career. After the divorce from Gallardo, she initially concentrated on the stage and television series from 1987 ; it wasn't until 1996 that she was back on screen (in Pon un hombre en tu vida ).
