The Pilarryggen ( Norwegian for pillar back ) is a rocky mountain range in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Borg massif it rises portals on the west side of the mountain pass .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it on the basis of aerial photographs and measurements of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
