Pina Bottin

Giuseppina "Pina" Bottin (born March 17, 1933 in Padua ) is an Italian actress .

Life

Bottin was discovered at a beauty pageant and made his film debut in Il sole negli occhi . She repeated her portrayal of a Venetian housemaid, who was described as "a self-confident and pretty actress with an infectious zest for life and a personable appearance", several times in her career, which lasted only six years. In addition to leading roles in cheaply produced and forgotten small films, she was cast a few times by directors such as Franco Rossi and Antonio Pietrangeli in more important works, but also in smaller parts. After some television work, Bottin withdrew into private life at the end of the 1950s.
