The Pinaisara Waterfall ( Japanese ピ ナ イ サ ー ラ の 滝 , Pinaisāra-no-taki ) is a waterfall on the north side of Ishigaki Island on the Pinai River . With a drop of 55 m, it is the highest waterfall in Okinawa Prefecture . The waterfall is part of the Iriomote Ishigaki National Park . The highest single-tier waterfall in Japan is the Nachi Waterfall in Wakayama Prefecture with a drop of 133 m .
