The Pippinger Strasse 35 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1911. The villa on Pippinger Straße is a protected architectural monument .

description

The house was built according to the plans of the architect Bernhard Borst . The two-storey hipped roof building is an eastern branch of the Pasing II villa colony , which was originally intended to continue to Pippinger Strasse. The curved recesses plaster over the windows of the ground floor and the wooden oriel are typical of the architect.
