The Pirne Peak (English, Bulgarian връх Пирне wrach Pirne ) is a rocky and 600 m high mountain at the Oskar-II. coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 13.7 km northeast of Mount Bistre , 13.18 km south of Sekirna Spur , 13.4 km west of Mural Nunatak and 18 km northwest of Whiteside Hill on the northeastern branch of Rugate Ridge on the banks of Vaughan Inlet . The Green Glacier lies to the northwest and the Mussina Glacier to the southwest.
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2013 for the town of Pirne in southeastern Bulgaria .
