content
The student Tsumiki Miniwa ( 御 庭 つ み き ) is in love with her calm, intelligent classmate Io Otonashi ( 音 無 伊 御 ). But the small girl cannot admit this to herself, least of all to Io herself. Together they experience everyday school life and slowly come closer. Her classmate and friend Mayoi Katase ( 片 瀬 真 宵 ), who is rarely seen without her lab coat, has already recognized Tsumiki's feelings and sometimes teases her with them. Together with Ios friend Sakaki Inui ( 戌 井 榊 ) she also likes to play pranks on other people. The clumsy Hime Haruno ( 春 野 姫 ) also belongs to the circle of friends and works together with Io and Sakaki from time to time in the pastry shop "Hatch Potch" of Sakaki's sister Miiko ( 戌 井 み い こ ).
