The Plauener streetcar GmbH is a municipal transport company in the Saxon town of Plauen . The company operates the Plauen tram , which has existed since 1894, and the urban bus service that began on November 11, 1995 . The company emerged on June 1, 1990 from the former " VEB Städtischer Nahverkehr Plauen" and belongs to the city of Plauen. Since April 1, 1993, Plauener Straßenbahn GmbH has also been integrated into the Vogtland Transport Association (VVV).
