The Plettac AG was a German Baudienstleistungs- companies , the 2003 in bankruptcy filed for and was taken over in 2004 by the French Altrad Group.

history

The company was founded in 1962 by Dieter Buttgereit . The construction supplier had 3,600 employees across the group in 2003. On January 10, 2003, the company filed for insolvency proceedings with the Hagen district court due to overindebtedness . On November 13, 2003, insolvency proceedings were opened. The Düsseldorf lawyer Winfried Andres was appointed as insolvency administrator . In 2010 the local court in Hagen approved the final distribution. As a result, the creditors received two million euros of the 133 million euros in claims. Of the company's shares, which are traded for a maximum of EUR 228.00, 9024 share certificates are in circulation. On January 3, 2014, they were quoted at EUR 0.045 on the Düsseldorf trading center .

In 2004 the French Altrad Group acquired the companies Plettac Assco and Stama from the insolvent Plettac AG. The scaffolding builder Altrad Plettac Assco is a healthy company today. At the two locations in Plettenberg (accounting, IT headquarters, warehouse, marketing, sales) and Großräschen (production), sales of 67 million euros were achieved in 2013. In 2004 it was 33 million euros.
