Pobloth

Pobloth was a rural community in the Prussian province of Pomerania that existed from 1928 to 1945 .

The community was formed in 1928: As part of the dissolution of the manor districts in Prussia, the rural community of Groß Pobloth , the manor district of Groß Pobloth and the manor district of Klein Pobloth were merged to form a new rural community, which was named "Pobloth". In 1933 there were 478 inhabitants in the municipality of Pobloth, in 1937 440 inhabitants in 90 households and in 1939 still 426 inhabitants in 96 households.

Until 1945 the municipality of Pobloth belonged to the Kolberg-Körlin district in the Prussian province of Pomerania. In the municipality, the living spaces Groß Pobloth , Klein Pobloth and Vorwerk Groß Pobloth were officially managed.

In 1945, the municipality of Pobloth, like all of Western Pomerania, came to Poland . The residents were driven out . Today Klein Pobloth belongs to the Gmina Gościno (municipality of Groß Jestin) in the powiat Kołobrzeski (Kolberger district) , while Groß Pobloth belongs to the Gmina Karlino (municipality of Körlin) in the powiat Białogardzki (Belgarder district) .
