Pobuda & Rees

Pobuda & Rees , temporarily also Pobuda, Rees et Cie. or Pobuda, Rees and Companie , was a printing and lithographic establishment founded in Stuttgart in 1833 for the production of cartographic works . For this purpose, the Bohemian- born engraver , steel engraver and lithographer Wenzel Pobuda (1797–1847) teamed up with J. Rees as the printer involved . The lithographer and later publisher Emil Hochdanz worked here in the early 1840s .
