The polygon Valley ( English for Vielecktal is) a 1 km long and between 100 and 200 m wide valley on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . It is located in a south-southwest-north-northeast orientation in the Vestfold Mountains .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it in 1984 based on the nature of the valley floor (see frost pattern soil ).
