Polystichum dudleyi ( English Dudley's sword fern ) is a species of the worm fern family. It is endemic to California , where it is found in the forests of the central and southern California Coast Mountains . The TNC classifies the species as endangered ("G2").

Polystichum dudleyi forms several curved fronds up to one meter in length. Each lanceolate frond consists of many lanceolate leaves, each deeply divided into smaller segments.
