Pont du Perthuis-au-Loup

The Pont du Perthuis-au-Loup is a listed limestone bridge that spans the Seine in downtown Châtillon-sur-Seine . It was built in 1713 in place of an old stone bridge called Pont Michel , which in turn replaced a wooden pedestrian bridge called Trou-au-Loup in 1658 . The master mason Claude Bourdot from Châtillon received the contract to build the bridge on June 3, 1713 .

The Pont du Perthuis-au-Loup has been registered as a Monument historique in the monument register since June 16, 1928 .
