Ponte Manin

Ponte Manin

The Ponte Manin in Venice is a bridge in the San Marco sestiere . It runs parallel to the Grand Canal , spans the Rio de San Salvador and connects the Riva del Carbòn with the Riva di Ferro . They may be named after the noble family Manina, which in the 19th century, the Palazzo Dolfin had. The last doge of the Republic of Venice , Ludovico Manin, lived in this palace .
