Pool house

Pool House is a country house in the village of Astley in the Malvern Hills in the English county Worcestershire . English Heritage has it as a historical building II *. Grade listed.

The Stourport-on-Severn area is home to a number of large country houses, including Witley Court , Astley Hall , Pool House, Areley Hall , Hartlebury Castle and Abberley Hall .

Pool house dates from the 17th century. In 1760 a neo-Gothic front facade was added. The house is made of red sandstone .
