Ports Authority is a football club based in Freetown , the capital of Sierra Leone . The association is owned by the Sierra Leone Ports Authority (SLPA).

In 1996 Ports Authority was the first and so far only club from Sierra Leone to reach the quarter-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup .
