Post Ridge is a 5 km long, rocky and west-northwest-east-southeast-facing mountain ridge in the east Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It rises in the Ford Ranges immediately northeast of Mount Swan .

Participants in the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) discovered and mapped it. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after the ionospheric physicist Madison J. Post, who worked at Byrd Station in 1970 .
