Capital TV (formerly PotsdamTV ) is a regional television station in Potsdam ( Brandenburg ). It has been owned by the Evangelical Hoffbauer Foundation since 2012 . The editorial rooms and the studio are located in the WilhelmGalerie shopping center at Platz der Einheit .

Information and entertainment programs are broadcast with current local political, economic, cultural and service-oriented key issues. In addition, the station offers the production of commissioned films and the marketing of airtime in the regional network.
A four-hour program has been produced every weekday since March 2014. At the weekend there are mostly repetitions. The station produces a program-accompanying text board offering information for Potsdam and the region in the cable network.

The program is broadcast in the cable networks Potsdam, Beelitz, Michendorf, Nuthetal, Wünsdorf and Werder / Havel as well as in Berlin by Vodafone , Pÿur and RFT Kabel . The program is broadcast daily via the Astra 1N satellite from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wed + Fri from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. via BB-MV-LokalTV . In addition, a live stream and a media library are available on the broadcaster's homepage and internet-based distribution via several platforms (including a mobile app ).
