President Roxas is a municipality in the Province of Capiz, Philippines .
It has 29,676 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census).
Originally the place was called Lutod-Lutod , it got its current name after the place, which previously belonged to Pilar, had become an independent municipality in 1949. It is located on the coast of Pilar Bay .
