Priamos (* 1964 ; † after 1994 ) was an English thoroughbred horse . He was pulled out of the Palazzo by Birkhahn at the Schlenderhan Stud .

He first attracted attention as a two-year-old at the Baden-Baden Future Race (Group 3) in 1966, which he won under Horst Horwart . After he was unsuccessful as a three-year-old, he achieved some successes in important races from 1968 to 1969 under his regular jockey Fritz Drechsler . Since it was found that he lacked a bit of stamina in the races over the distance of 2400 m, which were often run in Germany, he was used in shorter races from 1970 and was successful in high-value French races in groups 1 and 2.

In 1982 Priam led the list of the most successful German sire horses in terms of prize money .

Priam lived to a very old age of over 30 years.
