Primus and Felizian Church

Primus and Felizian Church is the name of churches consecrated to the patronage of the brothers and saints Primus and Felicianus . During his tenure (642–649), Pope Theodor I had the relics of the martyrs transferred from the catacombs on Via Nomentana to the Church of Santo Stefano Rotondo . This is considered to be the first transfer of relics to a church.
