The Princess Katharina is a river cruise ship used by Phoenix Reisen for cruises on the Danube between Passau and Vienna or Budapest .

The ship, built in 1990 at Ruscador in Kingston upon Hull , is approx. 110 m long and 11.20 m wide. The draft is approx. 1 m. It is marketed with three plus stars. On board there is space for 144 passengers in 76 cabins and 35 crew members.

The "Princess Katharina" belongs to the Russian company Marine Cruise Company Caravella in Moscow, which operates it under the flag of Malta.

The ship used to go under the name "Princess of Prussia" for the Peter Deilmann shipping company in Neustadt / Holstein.
