Prinzregentenstrasse 4 in Bad Kissingen

The building at Prinzregentenstrasse 4 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-76 .

history

The three-storey solid building with a flat hipped roof was built around 1840 in the classical style. It is obviously oriented towards Prinzregentenstrasse, although this did not yet exist when the property was built; the property was initially only accessible via a branch road from Ludwigstrasse.

The house is one of the first classicist Biedermeier properties in Bad Kissingen. The classicistic structure of the cubic structure is cautious: the windows are located above horizontal cornices and have grooved, arched frames on the ground floor, straight roofs on the first floor and simple rectangular frames on the second floor.
