The Stöttner private brewery (also: Stöttner-Bräu ) is a beer brewery in Mallersdorf-Pfaffenberg in Lower Bavaria , a market in the Straubing-Bogen district . In 2008 the brewery had an annual production of 13,000 hectoliters, an inn with a beer garden and, since November 2019, the Stöttner Markt & Bierbar.

history

Johann and Michael Winzierl were the founders of the brewery in 1832. After several handovers and sales, Karl Stöttner acquired the company in 1892. It has been owned by the Stöttners since then .

Pfaffenberger Original Weisse , Pfaffenberger Light Weisse , Pfaffenberger Dark Weisse , Pfaffenberger Weißbierbock and the Pfaffenberger No.9 Weisse

At the bottom-fermenting include beers:

Stöttner Pfaffengold , Stöttner Export Hell , Stöttner Export Hell Non-Alcoholic , Stöttner Neues Helles , Stöttner Schwarzer Pfaff , Stöttner Pils , Pfaffenator - Dunkler Doppelbock and the Stöttner special brew .

Mixed beer beverages

Mixed beer beverages from the Stöttner private brewery are Stöttner Trübe Radler , Stöttner Black Radler , Stöttner Radler Halbe , Stöttner Radler Non-Alcoholic and Pfaffenberger Russ and Stöttner Minz Meister .

Lemonades

The range of products includes orange lemonade , lemonade , cola mix , iced tea , apple spritzer , orange diet lemonade, lemon diet lemonade, cola , iso-sport grapefruit, ACE orange carrot, lime and Wuide lemonade .

Table water

The product range includes "do well" still table water , "do well" sparkling table water , " do well" table water "medium" and the near-water drink "do well" green apple.

Bottling

It is filled in both crown cap bottles and beer barrels .

The brewery is a member of the Brauring , a cooperation between private breweries from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
