history

Brewery inn

The Schönram brewery was founded in 1780 by the farmer Jakob Köllerer. The brewery inn with its stables was a popular point of contact for the coachmen of postal transports between Salzburg and Munich. Since then, the brewery has remained in direct line of the family. The name change to Oberlindober is due to the marriage of Elisabeth Köllerer with Alfred Oberlindober (approx. 1938). Helga and Alfred Oberlindober run the brewery in the eighth generation.

In May 2012 the business operations of the Schönram brewery, owner Alfred Oberlindober jun. e. Kfm. Transferred to the newly founded Private Landbrauerei Schönram GmbH & Co. KG as part of a change in legal form .
