Product and modules

proALPHA is a commercial ERP system . The integrated standard software addresses medium-sized industrial, trading and service companies. All central functions are completely developed by proALPHA.

After SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics , the system is one of the six ERP systems most widely used in German industrial companies (as of 2011). Version 6.1 was presented at the beginning of March 2013 at CeBIT in Hanover . In June 2018, the company officially launched its current version 7.1. This places the emphasis on internationalization. The ERP system controls processes along the value chain with modules for purchasing , materials management , logistics , project management, CAD integration and product configuration , production, finance, asset management, cost and performance accounting , personnel management, CRM , sales and service.

With the integrated workflow management, processes are individually controlled, automated and thus accelerated. Thanks to an integrated document management system, all documents are quickly available across the company. With business intelligence functions, companies can keep an eye on their key figures.

The Integration Workbench (INWB) serves as a central communication layer to connect external systems.

The proALPHA consultants work in projects with the implementation method and the proALPHA goLive! as well as for the analysis and documentation of all customer processes with the proALPHA Business Process Designer (GPD). In goLive! all resources, tasks, budgets, documents and the defined business processes are stored.

Language and country versions

Localized versions of the software are also offered by several national companies of proALPHA Business Solutions GmbH . The following language and country versions are available: Chinese, German (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), English (international, US), French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian.
