pro arte vivendi is a German-Czech art association based in Berlin and Marienbad . The association was founded in 1997 in Berlin and under the same name in 2000 in Marienbad.

Goal setting

German-Czech cooperation is to be strengthened in various art projects. In the encounters between artists from both countries, what they have in common and what connects them should be promoted. The association is supported by various institutions such as the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Berlin and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Prague. The association is also supported by the German-Czech Future Fund and the German-Czech parliamentary group of the German Bundestag. Active members of the association include the artists Ludmila Seefried-Matějková and Zuzana Richter as well as the musicians Joe Kučera and Theo Jörgensmann .
