Profiles: international journal for Change, Learning, dialogue is since 2001 in EHP - Publisher Andreas Kohlhage published journal . It was the sister magazine of the Reflections. The SoL Journal .
structure
Profile sees itself as a cross-professional and interdisciplinary forum for the discussion and reflection of various aspects of the subject area “development, change, learning” for people in the world of work, teams, groups and entire organizations towards the development of a consulting science. She does not focus on the individual aspects such as coaching , management consulting , organizational culture , leadership , change management .
Authors are recruited from three groups: consultants, scientists and managers; Edgar H. Schein , the founder of organizational development, is one of the authors . The magazine appears twice a year (March and October), the copy for € 18.00 (2010).
Co-editor is the social scientist Egon Endres .
