The Profine GmbH (outer appearance as profine Group ) is a plastic processing company that profiles for window and door systems, sheets of PVC manufactures. Profine is considered a leader in its industry and has international sales and production locations. The company headquarters are in Troisdorf .

history

Profine was founded in 2003 by HT Troplast as an umbrella company for their profile activities. The three German-based brands KBE, KÖMMERLING and TROCAL were merged. The company was initially in the hands of private equity investors, but was taken over in 2012 by Peter Mrosik as part of a restructuring of the last owner, the Arcapita Group from Bahrain.
