history
The painting was designed and created by Polke in 1969. It was first exhibited in 1992 at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam . In 2007, Polke's painting was sold to an art director friend from Cologne, which later led to a dispute between the survivors of Polke (he died in 2010) and the buyer, which was discussed very extensively in the media. In 2014, the Cologne Regional Court obliged the heirs to finally hand over the work to the then buyer. In 2018 the painting was included in an art collection of a museum in Rorschacherberg .
