Implementation with Ball Closure Ring

Since it is one of the surface piercings, it heals rather poorly and tends to grow out. In order to minimize the healing time and the likelihood of it growing out, the piercing is usually pierced exactly at the transition point to the penis. To do this, the penis can be lifted before the lancing in order to precisely define this line. Pubic hair must be removed from the genital area before the piercing . The piercing can take two to three months to heal.

Jewellery

A curved barbell or a surface bar with a diameter of 1.6 millimeters is usually used as piercing jewelry . A ball closure ring can be used, but care should be taken to ensure that it is the correct size, otherwise there is a risk of it growing out. Jewelry made of flexible PTFE is recommended for first use.
