Publius Manilius (Commissioner)

Publius Manilius († after 167 BC) was a 2nd century BC Living politician of the Roman Republic from the Manilian family .

167 BC Chr. Belonged to Publius Manilius together with Publius Aelius Ligus (consul 172 v. Chr.), Gaius Cicereius , Publius Terentius Tuscivicanus and Gnaeus Baebius Tamphilus to a five-member senate committee whose task in the reorganization of Illyria after the Roman victory over the Macedonian king Perseus was . Manilius was younger than his four colleagues.

Otherwise nothing is known about Publius Manilius. He was probably the father of the consul of the same name from 120 BC. Chr.
