Pufendorf
Pufendorf or Pufendörfer is the name of a family that has provided Lutheran pastors in Saxony for several generations since the 16th century :
- Esaias Elias Pufendörfer (1592–1648), pastor in Flöha from 1633 to 1648
- Esaias von Pufendorf (1628–1689), diplomat in the Swedish and Danish services
- Esaias Pufendorf († 1738), senior appellate judge in Celle, son of Jeremias Pufendorf

- Friedrich Esaias Pufendorf (1707–1785), judge and scientist, son of Esaias Pufendorf
- Jeremias Pufendorf (1623–1703), pastor in Flöha from 1648
